By purchasing from our store or participating in our Facebook Live sales, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Payments
- The first item claimed during a live sale must be paid for immediately.
- Remaining balances are due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent.
- Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in order cancellation and loss of claim privileges for future sales.
2. Shipping & Handling
- All orders are shipped via USPS.
- Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
- For urgent orders, contact us on WhatsApp at 315-601-3025 with the message #Urgent.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Jewelry (U.S. Orders Only)
- First order: Free shipping
- Subsequent orders: $5 flat rate
- Free shipping on orders over $100
- International orders: Standard international shipping rates apply
Clothing (U.S. Orders Only)
- Flat shipping rate: $8
- Free shipping on orders over $250
- International orders: Standard international shipping rates apply
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders placed during Facebook Live sales cannot be canceled.
- Once an item is claimed and invoiced, it is considered a confirmed purchase.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours if you believe an item is damaged or defective.
- To process a return, photo evidence is required.
- If an item is confirmed defective, we will provide a return label. Upon return, we will attempt to repair or replace the item.
- If replacement is not possible, a store credit will be issued.
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Exceptional Returns
- In rare cases where a return is accepted without a defect or damage, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Only store credit will be issued — no refunds.
5. Store Credit
- Store credits can be applied toward future purchases and do not expire.
- Credits cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
